Fit-Spots adult membership has over 30 classes to choose from each week. Workouts are always new and a mix between strength training, cardio, and functional training. To ensure a safe and motivating experience, workouts are led by one of our nationally certified personal trainers.

Our Goal
Through small group training, we will be able to provide each individual with proper instruction on technique and form. Physical conditioning is paramount to athletic success, but that is not our only focus. P.A.S.S. training will develop discipline as well as effective communication skills. The results in this program really have no end for your young athlete, as potential and progress are limitless.
Our experienced coaching staff will assess your current level of fitness, evaluate short and long term goals, and develop a custom program to help get you there. Personal Trainers at Fit-Spot monitor clients progress on a montly basis to identify progress and ensure motivation.
